Responsibly Sourced
My olive wood boards are responsibly sourced from Tunisia, where the olive trees are protected by government regulations. Only very old trees that no longer bear fruit can be cut down, and harvested trees must be replaced. This makes olive wood a sustainable and ethical material to work with.
Functional and Durable
Handmade from start to finish; with each mat cut to size on my table saw and decorated by hand, each placemat features it's own unique original artwork.
The surface of the placemats are finished with a heat tolerant and scratch resistant coating.
Bespoke Orders
With all custom table and placemat orders I will send you a video of how the artwork is looking for you to approve or request changes before I do the finishing top coat. That way you know exactly what you are getting, and it looks exactly how you want it to.
